PhD Research Project and Related Research Projects
The PhD research project is facilitated by NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences (Academy for Leisure), with the cooperation of several larger (and smaller), unnamed, European theme parks. The PhD’s supervisors are professor Salvador Anton Clavé (Universitat Rovira i Virgili) and professor Hans Mommaas (Tilburg University).
Apart from my PhD research project, several other research projects relating to the PhD research topic in particular and the theme park industry in general are being undertaken both at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and Tilburg University under my guidance. Examples of interesting research projects are;
-
Unconscious effects of theming: the difference between theme parks and amusement parks
-

-
International Property and branding
-
Impact of Storytelling on Short Term Park Response (Loyalty)
-
